Crecer con Prop\u00f3sito – De la Carrera Acad\u00e9mica a la Primera Experiencia Profesional.<\/strong><\/p>

Hola, soy Maria Cardoso, tengo 22 a\u00f1os, soy de Guimar\u00e3es y actualmente estoy dando los primeros pasos en mi carrera profesional. <\/span><\/p>

Soy licenciada en Ciencias Ambientales y estoy finalizando el M\u00e1ster en Ingenier\u00eda y Gesti\u00f3n de la Calidad, ambos por la Universidad de Minho, y actualmente soy T\u00e9cnico de Calidad, Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad en la empresa The Light Rebar Company.<\/span><\/p>

Aunque la universidad nos proporciona una s\u00f3lida base de conocimientos, lo cierto es que no siempre nos prepara del todo para la realidad del d\u00eda a d\u00eda en una empresa. <\/span>La transici\u00f3n entre el mundo acad\u00e9mico y el profesional fue un momento de descubrimiento para m\u00ed, en el que empec\u00e9 a darme cuenta de c\u00f3mo los conceptos que hab\u00eda aprendido toman forma en la pr\u00e1ctica, a trav\u00e9s de decisiones reales, plazos, responsabilidades y trabajo en equipo.<\/b><\/p>

Entrar en el mercado laboral marc\u00f3 una fase muy especial para m\u00ed, <\/span>Representa el inicio de un nuevo ciclo, lleno de retos, aprendizaje y crecimiento personal y profesional.<\/b>. En The Light Rebar Company encontr\u00e9 un proyecto con el que realmente me identifico: una empresa con un producto innovador y m\u00e1s sostenible, que combina tecnolog\u00eda, calidad y responsabilidad, y que se cruza de forma muy natural con mi carrera acad\u00e9mica.<\/span><\/p>

Trabajar en el \u00e1rea de Calidad ha sido una experiencia muy enriquecedora. Aprendo cosas nuevas cada d\u00eda, ya sea analizando procesos, organizando documentaci\u00f3n u observando la producci\u00f3n con una mirada m\u00e1s cr\u00edtica y atenta. <\/b> Al mismo tiempo, esta experiencia me ha permitido consolidar y aplicar en la pr\u00e1ctica los conocimientos adquiridos a lo largo de mis estudios, haciendo que mi trabajo sea m\u00e1s consciente, estructurado y orientado a la mejora continua. <\/span><\/p>

La empresa tambi\u00e9n me ense\u00f1a lo que ning\u00fan libro puede transmitir plenamente: la realidad industrial, el trabajo en equipo, la responsabilidad de las decisiones y la importancia de crecer paso a paso, con constancia, <\/span>m\u00e1s que libros y teor\u00eda, est\u00e1n las personas, los proyectos y la voz, y esta humanizaci\u00f3n sirve de curso acelerado en el entorno empresarial diario que me enriquece y completa profesionalmente.<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

M\u00e1s que aplicar lo que he aprendido, siento que aprendo cada d\u00eda: de la gente, de los errores, de los retos y de la pr\u00e1ctica. Afortunadamente, este comienzo lo he vivido en un entorno de gran apoyo y de compartir. <\/span>En La Barra de Luz encontr\u00e9 personas dispuestas a ense\u00f1arme, aclararme y acompa\u00f1arme, lo que hizo que esta transici\u00f3n fuera mucho m\u00e1s ligera. Lo que podr\u00eda haber sido un \u00abbicho de siete cabezas\u00bb se convirti\u00f3 en una hermosa fase de crecimiento y aprendizaje seguros. <\/b><\/p>

A nivel personal, soy alguien que sue\u00f1a con descubrir el mundo, crecer como persona, formar una familia y encontrar un equilibrio entre la vida profesional y personal. En el trabajo, busco estabilidad, pero sobre todo un lugar donde pueda evolucionar, adquirir competencias, asumir responsabilidades y contribuir activamente al crecimiento de la empresa. <\/span>hacer que las cosas sucedan<\/b>lo que resulta cada vez m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil en nuestro mundo tan cambiante, <\/span>hacer que ocurra<\/b> es una ventaja incomparable.<\/span><\/p>

El futuro a\u00fan se est\u00e1 trazando. Soy joven, estoy al principio de mi viaje y soy plenamente consciente de que hay mucho que aprender. <\/span>Lo que espero es seguir creciendo de forma s\u00f3lida, alineando mis valores personales con los de la empresa, y contribuyendo a un proyecto que apuesta por la innovaci\u00f3n, la calidad y la sostenibilidad.<\/b><\/p>

Creo que el \u00e9xito se construye con tiempo, compromiso y voluntad de aprender. Y con este esp\u00edritu afronto esta etapa: con curiosidad, responsabilidad y entusiasmo por lo que est\u00e1 por venir. <\/span><\/p>

B\u00e1sicamente, como nuestro lema – Changing The World One Rebar at a Time, en mi caso es mi mundo el que cambia con cada metro producido, cada reuni\u00f3n con los departamentos, cada comprobaci\u00f3n, cada proceso, un d\u00eda a la vez. <\/span><\/p>
